Workshop in Bartlesville, OK
I will be conducting a 3 day watercolor workshop with the
Bartlesville (OK) Art Association, November 12 -14, 2024. In this class,
you will learn to use watercolor to its full potential while still
retaining control and detail. I will demonstrate how to work with
watercolor’s unique traits rather than fight to overcome them.
We’ll let watercolor be watercolor.
Each morning I will demonstrate the fundamentals
of color, design and value by completing a painting. By watching me
paint, you will see, in practice, the techniques necessary to paint in
watercolor.
The afternoons will be for you to paint with my
help and encouragement. Individual attention is an integral part of
this class. I want you to come away with all the tools necessary to
paint in your own style in watercolor.
